The Walk through the Valley
As Moses, David and Jesus walked through their valleys they each served a vital role in bringing us closer to God. Moses led many out of Egypt and bondage at great risk - with Pharoah and a mix of confused and resolute followers behind him and the Red Sea in front of him. David walked through valleys in fear of his life; betrayed and heartbroken by those he loved - his mentor, King Saul and then his sons. Jesus walked through His valley as an act of obedience as He knew He had to go to the showdown and allow the fallen angel to see His pure and perfect wisdom, power and commitment to His children.
Because we know that the walks of Moses, David and Jesus were established by God to show us the path to righteousness we can be confident that God's promises are true and that He will be faithful. As we walk let us not falter and fall. Let us all stand tall and strong and with faith in God that He will provide for us and deliver us through any valley we encounter.
